The classic arrecadas, the crescent-shaped rings, are some of the oldest earrings of traditional Portuguese jewellery. Their origin is lost in the mists of time, the enigmas of the feminine universe they are associated with, the beauty of the motives that the goldsmiths gave them. Our "arrecadas fidalgas" earrings celebrate a sumptuous model, inspired by the baroque decoration of the "à Rainha" earrings, to which, in former times, coloured stones or seed pearls were added.
